Delivery Information
Most orders are despatched within 1 working day of receipt, using the Post Office or our own courier service, making the average UK delivery under 3 working days. However, any orders by cheque payment can take a little longer as all cheques must be cleared through the bank before despatch for security reasons. If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, however, we will endeavour to notify you.
You can choose to receive your order at home, at work or as a gift to someone else and there is now the opportunity to upgrade your delivery method to Express Delivery which aims to deliver the next working day. Orders by this express service must be placed before noon (12:00hrs) for this service to be realised.

Mainland UK Delivery (under 2 kg)
- Free Delivery : £0.00 aims to arrive within 5 to 7 working days
- Standard Delivery : £1.95 aims to arrive within 2 to 3 working days
- Express Delivery: £5.95 aims to arrive next working day. Orders must be placed before 12:00hrs
Overseas Standard Delivery (under 2 kg)
Delighted to fulfil orders overseas where local import duties may be payable by you on receipt and subject to customs and excise delays too.

Orders over 2kg delivery may be charged at actual cost.
Although despatches are within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability, the delivery time is dependent upon the Royal Mail service in your area. You will receive an invoice with your delivery which you should keep for reference.
Returns Information
Please complete the refund / exchange form supplied with your goods.Then return it with your goods (unworn) to be with us within 10 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund or FREE exchange (mainland UK customers only) as required to the following address:

Sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packaging and return postage as these are both direct costs. Also if any free delivery eligible products are cancelled or returned we reserve the right to subsequently charge the relevant standard outgoing postage and packaging cost as it is a direct cost.
Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" certificate from your post office when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. For peace of mind you may wish to use a recorded service.
For a refund on a return please allow at least two weeks before contacting us. As it may take a week before we process and then there are banking processing times too.
